Fine stay, as always. Pleasant hotel, attentive staff, free wi-fi. Location right by Mainz altstadt, the pedestrian bridge and an Italian restaurant. A nice size and functional rooms with comfortable beds, central heating, a work desk and TV.

The accommodations here are spacious with large bathrooms and come with many amenities, and the staff is extremely helpful.

We had a pleasant stay with clean and adequate room in terms of space for luggage and place to put toiletries.

For the size and quality of the hotel there was no on site restaurant open for dinner. There was only a small sports grille next door that was close enough to walk for dinner.

great rate for a large room and indoor swimming pool. You do need a car to get ot the city center (10m) staff very welcoming and helpful

The hotel's location is unbeatable and particularly good. the staff was nice and suggested places to visit. - I had a modern, huge room complete with large bathrooms and many provisions.

Good spacious rooms, very comfortable. Not a wide range of food in the restaurant in the evening.

It is a little bit far from Mainz "downtown".

We spent New Year's Eve in a hotel close to the airport and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the free parking and the delicious breakfast included in the price. The location proved to be key as there were many shops and services nearby, and we were only a short bus ride away from the city center.

There were also some negatives to our stay. The outdated furniture in the rooms was a bit disappointing, and the free WiFi was not working properly.

when i had a beer in the bar the waiter used a overflow glass of stale beer to top up my new glass of beer,unfortunatly my german is not that good to have a go at him,that was the last beer i had that night

The hotel had easy access to transportation and was located in a quiet commercial area, perfect for a relaxing weekend. The staff was friendly and helpful, recommending restaurants and attractions in the area. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options.

A quiet green location (although rather far from the centre), a convenient parking place, proper rooms and facilities, a very good breakfast.

We have booked a double room, but got a twin room with two separate beds. They could be easily drawn next to each other, but doing so we discovered that a carpet under the bed had not been cleaned for ages... :]
